Mr. Ando was the founder of Nissin Food Products, and invented ‘Instant Ramen Noodles’.  With the ravages of World War II still in effect, Momofuko Ando saw a need for inexpensive food for the masses. The instant Ramen noodle was created. In the beginning, Instant Ramen was considered a luxury. Today this noodle stable may be purchased around the world.
